• Work with our great clients to bridge the gap between their visions, goals, and our amazing development team.
• Guide our clients to proactively answer the right project questions up front, help find the gaps, and propose solutions based on experience and best practices.
• Use your experience to capture and create detailed functional specification documents from client meetings and working sessions.
• Get our team prepped and ready by extracting logical blocks of work from your functional specifications into JIRA tickets to be estimated and developed.
• Provide effective eCommerce business strategy to add value and direction to existing projects while creating opportunities for new projects.
• Instill transparency and effective communication between team members, clients, vendors and upper management.
  Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years Project Management experience specific to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware)
  • Minimum 5 years in a business analyst role.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud features and extensions
  • Extensive knowledge of eCommerce and development processes
  • Firm grasp of Agile and Kanban project management methodologies
  • Ability to switch between clients and projects quickly Remote Work
