They are currently experiencing strategic growth due to their diverse pipeline. This is an opportunity for someone to fast track their career into a high leadership role.Job Description* Prepare detailed cost estimates for various construction projects using estimating software and historical data * Review project plans and specifications to understand the scope of work and project requirements * Identify and quantify potential risks and opportunities in the project scope, design, and construction * Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive bids and pricing * Coordinate with project management team to develop project schedules and budgets * Prepare and present cost estimates and project proposals to clients, including value engineering options and cost-saving alternatives * Evaluate project cost and performance data to refine estimating models and improve accuracy * Participate in pre-construction meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders * Assist with the development of project budgets, schedules, and scope of work documents

MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful Applicant* Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field * 10+ years of experience in construction estimating with a focus on commercial, industrial, and residential projects * Experience with estimating software, including On-Screen Takeoff and Bluebeam * Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers * Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and WordWhat's on Offer
