Yamhill County Health and Human Services (HHS) has one regular full-time position for a Contracts and Reporting Analyst (Management Analyst Classification) to join the Administrative Services Team. In this position, you will work alongside the Senior Contracts Analyst in matters related to contract management, including but not limited to, preparing, evaluating, and interpreting contracts for completeness and accuracy; reviewing terms and conditions; drafting contracts and amendments; ensuring contract compliance; writing notification memos; and coordinating internal approvals. This role is responsible for some reporting and fiscal analysis as it relates to contract compliance. A successful candidate will have experience in using advanced techniques for data collection, research, and report preparation, using a variety of computer applications. The person in this role should also be prepared to analyze problems, identify solutions, make recommendations for resolution, and synthesize information into readable material for various audiences. The Contracts and Reporting Analyst reports directly to the HHS Finance Manager, and works closely with the HHS Director and other members of the Administrative Services Team.

This position is eligible for hybrid/remote work with some onsite requirements, after an onsite training period. The person in this position must be able to attend regularly scheduled in-person meetings.

    The Qualifications:
    • A degree from an accredited school; degrees with an emphasis in Business, Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences are preferred.
    • One or more years of administrative, analytical and/or contract experience.
    • Any satisfactory equivalent combination of experience and training which ensures the ability to perform the work may substitute for the above. The Candidate:
      The successful applicant must be self-directed, detail-oriented, possess the ability to work in a team environment and interact with co-workers and the public in a courteous, professional manner and exhibit excellent communication skills. Must be proficient in computer use including Microsoft Office Suite, Publisher, PowerPoint, or equivalent and basic office software.
