You’ll combine consumer psychology instincts with real-time data to engineer buying impulses, while we provide the tools, training, and high-traffic locations. As a Sales Marketing Assistant, you’ll bring AT&T’s campaigns to life, transforming strategic plans into high-impact in-store experiences that drive sales and brand loyalty. Through immersive training, you’ll master visual merchandising, promo execution, and consumer engagement while leveraging real-time analytics to optimize results. This role sharpens your creative problem-solving and precision execution, giving you a rocket boost into the marketing big leagues. Essential Functions of the Sales & Marketing Assistant: Implement AT&T in-store marketing, ensuring accurate displays, signage, and promotional material distribution. Actively interact with retail customers to promote AT&T deals, new products, and brand information, boosting customer interest. Plan and coordinate in-store events, demonstrations, and product launches to boost foot traffic and brand visibility Maintain merchandising standards for AT&T displays, ensuring visual appeal and brand alignment. Gather customer feedback on marketing campaigns and product interest, providing valuable insights to the marketing and sales teams. Monitor competitor activities within the retail space and report on promotional strategies and merchandising efforts. Provide administrative support, including inventory management, reporting, and scheduling. Collaborate with retail sales associates for consistent messaging and customer experience. Distribute marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and promotional giveaways to interested customers. Contribute creative ideas for new marketing strategies and promotional tactics to enhance retail performance. Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand standards, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
