requires a mature, professional individual with strong sales,
strategic marketing, and business development skills. The position
requires immense flexibility, strategic problem solving, resilient
initiative and the ability to independently manage multiple
high-priority projects. This individual develops customer
relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates, and
closes business deals, maintaining extensive knowledge of the
current market. Whether it is through participating in the
company's business operations or attacking a potential segment of
the market, this position helps drive our overall profitability.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities --- Manage the entire sales
cycle from lead generation to close to meet and/or exceed sales
targets. Primary responsibilities include prospecting, responding
to incoming leads, identifying client/partner needs, responding to
client RFPs, presenting Dynamic Events via web meetings and
demonstrations, and contract negotiation and closure--- Generate
healthy pipeline that leads to closed revenue to meet or exceed
quota attainment.--- Develop and maintain relationships with
potential and existing clients.--- Identify and locate new clients
through a strategic variety of outbound business development
tactics including networking and cold calls.--- Deliver online or
face to face presentations and demonstrations and coordinate
internal resources as needed.--- Use analytical and selling skills
to understand the customer, their business, requirements and create
a value proposition based on their needs--- Build credibility and
trust within the industry to answer inquiries from clients
concerning services and the industry at large.--- Maintain
communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them
of new services and company updates that may be of interest.---
Prepare and submit information, quotes, service agreements and/or
contracts as well as other bid specifications to clients.---
Regularly prepare and report results against established KPIs,
pipeline health, status of accounts, and leads to leadership
team.--- Maintain detailed and accurate sales activity in CRM
including calls, sales, lost business and customer or vendor
relationship challenges.--- Update and manage CRM consistently to
ensure real time accurate reporting.Requirements --- Self-motivated
to meet and exceed quotas across Activity, Pipeline and Revenue
KPIs--- Excellent planning, organizational and communication
skills; comfort working with ambiguity.--- Thorough understanding
of industry and services.--- Proven ability to build and maintain
relationships with clients.--- Technical ability to be proficient
with CRM and Microsoft Office products, experience with Salesforce
or HubSpot preferred.--- Eagerness to receive supportive coaching
and corrective feedback--- A dedication to conduct oneself in a
highly professional and ethical manner with a commitment to always
sell on a foundation of honesty and integrity.Qualifications ---
Bachelor's in Business or related field of study preferred.--- 3-5
years of related experience required.--- Ability to travel for
client meetings required.--- Proficiencies and training in selling
methodologies a plus--- A consistent track record of exceeding
