Job Description
We are actively seeking a Sales Assistant to support our Sales and Operations teams. We are looking for someone with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. As the Sales Assistant your primary responsibilities would be:
Accurately process and input sales orders into ERP software
Prepare and send invoices to customers along with other order documents
Fulfill sample requests, and ensure they are sent out accurately and timely
Effectively relay information between customers and sales team members
Answer phones, assist customers with inquiries, relay detailed messages to sales team

Requirements
You must:
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Be reliable, present, and on time for work
Be focused and able to accomplish tasks as assigned
Be personable, genuine, honest, and professional
Be well-spoken and able to write high quality business correspondence
Have an interest in food, and motivated to learn about the business of healthy sweeteners
Enjoy being part of a tight-knit team, who has great fun while also working hard
Added pluses:
College degree
Customer service, sales, and/or administrative assistant experience
Previous experience with order entry and/or invoicing
Fitness, food science or culinary school background
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with customer relationship management software

Compensation
Starting pay is $45k - 50k per year and the right candidate will have the potential for advancement.
