This role is focused on Foundational Research - you will be doing strategic product research which will help guide the company's product roadmap for new products. You will play a critical role is establishing the UX Research practice and partnering closely with Product Design, Product Management, Engineering and other stakeholders, internal and external.

What You Will Be Doing

Conduct independent qualitative research on multiple aspects of products and experiences

Collect and analyze user behavior

Work with designers, product managers, engineers and other researchers to identify gaps in our understanding of user needs and craft research to answer these questions

Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research

Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and in-person presentations, with visibility and impact across the company
