The Position The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the reporting and analytics used to support strategic initiatives and key business decisions. You will be supporting our revenue driving teams, and need to be comfortable with large data sets. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a problem-solving mindset, strong attention to detail, and experience translating complex ideas into easy-to-understand reports and dashboards. In this role, you will work cross-functionally across sales, client success, marketing, and finance, with the primary goal of enabling our teams to make effective and analytically driven decisions. ResponsibilitiesAs Sales Operations Analyst, your main responsibility is to provide data based insights to support and give insight into business goals, key initiatives and increase revenue driving productivity. This is includes, but is not limited to: Work directly with Sales Operations leadership on prioritizing, planning and executing business reporting needsOrganize and maintain the menu of corporate reporting dashboards Identify trends that impact growth performance including both internal and external market factors on an ongoing basisReport on and analyze the performance and productivity of our revenue driving teams to support our revenue leadership in decision making and coaching opportunities Proactively monitor all dashboards and reporting and ensure high levels of organization, quality, and accuracyMaintain reports and dashboards tracking our revenue team activity and processes, key business KPIs, and leadership and executive reportingUtilize our reporting tools, such as Tableau, to provide data visualizations and insights to support sales forecasts, increase revenue productivity, customer acquisition- and retention, and other business decisions on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis Support ad hoc projects coming from cross-functional teams Job Qualifications You are our ideal candidate if:You are a power user of Tableau but also proficient in creating quick models in Excel You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detailYou have excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesYou have the ability to not only function, but thrive in a high-paced environmentYou have the ability to adapt to changeYou are proficient with Microsoft Office SuiteYou are an analytical problem solver -- you love digging into a problem in depth to get to the root issueYou have attention to detail -- ou spot the error or data discrepancy that most people miss - (did you catch the typo?!)
