Job Description:
Agent Services Coordinator/Market Center Tech Trainer
Ideal Candidate:
Candidates should exhibit natural leadership skills, goal setting,
and accountability, with career development and training skills.
The ideal candidate will have previous secretarial experience. An
ability to learn technology platforms easily and demonstrate them
to others is a plus. Strong relationship-building skills with a
genuine interest in others and meeting their needs. Must be a
self-starter, demonstrate initiative and be a flexible team player.
They must have a sense of urgency with attention to detail and the
ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must
be motivated, energized, and excited about working with a dynamic
group of real estate sales professionals. The right person will be
passionate about being part of a team and serving our agents at the
highest level.
This Position is Part-Time
Responsibilities:
--- Oversee and Implement Social Media Marketing
--- Assist and guide agents in the first 90 days with our
office
--- Onboarding new agents
--- Assist and provide support to the leadership team
--- Manage day-to-day front office operations
--- Answers phone and manage email
--- Develop and manage systems, checklists, and procedures
--- Software proficiency such as Canva, Google Docs, Google
Calendar, Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, and the ability to
learn industry programs
--- Train the market center on KW Technology
--- Facilitate Tech Assessments with CEO
--- Tier 1 technical support for the brokerage (training will be
provided)
--- Know, understand, study, and effectively communicate all real
estate technology - become an expert in Keller Cloud Technology
--- Leverage information on tech competitors to show
recruits/agents the value proposition of Keller Williams technology
and to support Keller Williams Realty International in future
iterations of technology
--- Attend weekly calls to learn new tech initiatives, build
further information into the brokerage's tech training calendar,
and communicate gaps/challenges with Regional Tech Trainer
--- Know, understand, communicate, and route escalation points for
associate tech support
--- Respond to support inquiries within one business day
--- Attend all Regional Tech Trainer-led meetings and calls
--- Quarterly tech training for Agent Leadership Council
--- Social media posts 2-3 times per week updating Brokerage's
technology updates
