Well bet on intrinsically-motivated, beautiful minds all day long.The PositionAs a Sales Development Representative, you play a crucial role on the team. You are responsible for outbound outreach and building relationships with prospects through education, answering questions, and sending resources. Your ultimate goal is to connect with an ample number of potential prospects, and when there is a fit, sign them up for sales appointments with our Regional Sales Managers.ResponsibilitiesIf you join our team as an SDR you will:

  • Identify and evaluate prospects across multiple industries for client requirements.
  • Develop trusted relationships with prospects to qualify leads.
  • Engage in efficient and effective sales outreach via multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) to contact prospects and sign them up to attend a sales presentation with one of our Regional Sales Managers.Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
    • Use a variety of outbound tactics (cold calling, email, LinkedIn Navigator) to build relationships with prospects and generate new lead opportunities.
    • Set up meetings and calls between prospects and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).
    • Utilize Salesloft and keep our CRM (Salesforce) up to date with the most recent prospect and task information.
    • Report daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the Director of Marketing.Job QualificationsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
      • We are looking for candidates who:
      • Have a passion to develop and grow a career in sales.
      • Thrive in a results-oriented. social, and fast-paced environment.
      • Are comfortable facing prospect rejection to achieve sales goals.
      • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels.
      • Have excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple asks concurrently.
      • Bring a strong sense of initiative for reaching goals and sales metrics.Education and Experience:
        • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent job experience.
        • 1+ year experience in an outbound sales role required.
        • CRM experience preferred (we use Salesforce and Salesloft).Why Adpearance?
