Your responsibilities will include engaging with pre-qualified leads, conducting home showings, managing negotiations, and facilitating the final transaction. You will serve as clients' primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000 - $198,000 per year

Work Location: In person

Responsibilities:

--- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
--- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
--- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
--- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
--- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
--- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
--- Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
--- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience

Qualifications:

--- Must have a valid Real Estate License
--- Tech savvy
--- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
--- Great communication and social skills
--- Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
--- Past sales experience is preferred
--- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
--- Washington State or Oregon State Real Estate License (Or are currently studying for)
--- Coachability
--- Self-motivation and drive
--- Full-time Team availability AND Part-time individual agent
