Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AP/AR Agent to join our dynamic team at CoHo Services. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Code and input invoices
• Prepare weekly/monthly check runs
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable billing functions
• Reimburse petty cash
• File paid invoices
• Maintain a safe working environmentQualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of accounts payable/receivable experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Adept at managing pressure and meeting deadlinesPreferred:
    • Experience in Hospitality
