Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and
customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service
Associate at Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI). As a key member of our
retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional
customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment,
and ensuring accurate and efficient sales transactions.Key
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer
inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous
manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to CSI's
image standards and ensuring compliance with safety and security
guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling
cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, maintaining high
standards of quality and presentation.
- Perform station cleaning and maintenance tasks, including
restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
- Actively promote store specials and marketing programs, driving
sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer
service goals, maintaining a positive and supportive team
environment.Requirements
- Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings,
evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a
fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting, communicating
clearly and respectfully with colleagues and customers.
- Must possess required food handling certificates, as required
by law.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or
