You'll Make in this RoleAs a Dental Sales Representative, you will
have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate

- Negotiating and closing large sales opportunities by presenting
to individuals or to groups through use of persuasive verbal and
written communication skills.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding sales target while managing
administrative and CRM responsibilities.
- Solving complex problems with a positive attitude in a highly
competitive environment.
- Analyzing point of sale and market share data to understand
where to spend time and resources.
- Collaborating and sharing knowledge with numerous people within
different segments of the organizationCompany VehicleThis position
requires driving a company vehicle, which will require
pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for
candidates who are offered and hired for this positionYour Skills
and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one,
Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 3 years of Dental sales
experienceOR
- High School Diploma/GED from AND 7 years of Dental sales
experienceANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following
are also required:
- Current, valid Driver's License.
- Three (3) years of sales in the oral care business
segment/industry in a private, public, government or military
environment
- Experience with Data Analytics
- Knowledge/experience with CRM platforms such as
SalesforceAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed
even further in this role include:
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish Preferably)
- Three (3) years of proven sales experience in a private,
public, government or military environment and contract sales
- Excellent in business math, pricing, margins and gross profit
analysis
- Proven Successful Sales Experience and Performance in the
Dental field
- The ability to multi-task and process technical
information
- Strong Presentation Skills in front of doctors, staff, and
peers.
- Strong Data Analytics and ability to decipher and apply logic
associated with data and sales analytics
- Excel, Powerpoint, Office format software working
knowledge
- Personable and ability to make a positive impact on customers
and fellow co-workersAdditional RequirementsIn this role, you may
be required to enter healthcare or other third-party facilities.
Those facilities may, in turn, require you to possess certain
licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications
(collectively "prerequisites to entry") for regulatory, safety, or

Remote In state of Mississippi sales territory (Job Duties allow
for some remote work but require travel a minimum of 35% at least

expected compensation range for this position is $110,762 -
$135,375, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if
eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this
position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary
based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's
relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or
experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range
of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings
