COMPENSATION: Our starting salary for this position will be $70,000
per year, reflecting the full pay scale for this role which ranges
from $70,000 - $95,000 per year Benefits (including medical vision,
dental, 401K up to 3% match after 12 months and 21 years of age)
Bonus potential of $10,000 when target hits 90% or more. The bonus
will be Pro-rated in the first year. 2-weeks paid vacation at 1
year point Sick Leave 9 Holidays 1 floating Holiday SUMMARY Our
Southern Regional Sales Representative plays a crucial role in
driving sales and promoting the company's products within the
Midwest. They are responsible for managing direct customer
operations, achieving sales targets, building, and maintaining
client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies
and standards. The role requires a combination of sales expertise,
customer relationship management, and strategic planning. Our
Regional Sales Representative will help educate veterinary staff
across the US on our industry-leading dentistry products. DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES Managing the Direct Customers Operations in
the region: Performance and Compliance: To deliver high
performance. Follow call schedule. Adhere to company policies.
Staying up to date on iM3 catalog and training. Work within
established structure to achieve set targets. Achieving quarterly
and annual sales plans. Properly use the Sales Team SharePoint:
Linking Calendar with appointments and all call logged Logging all
leads, opportunities, and communication Oversee and organize iM3’s
presence at all relevant exhibitions and events: Review stand
layout and equipment and obtain approval from National Sales
Manager. Book stands and organize payments from the iM3 accounts
department as well as any other logistics. Use Excel templates for
special picks. Coordinate with the warehouse and direct manager for
logistics to ensure all aspects are covered. Ensure all materials
are returned in sellable condition. Follow up on ongoing
matters/issues and until resolved: Liaise with warehouse,
production, and support teams to enhance communications between iM3
team and direct customers. Travel and expenses: Ensure expenses are
correctly handled as per company policy. Process expenses in a
timely manner following the company’s policies and expectations.
Attend, promote, and organize international wet labs. Plan trips in
advance to optimize time allocation for travel and customer visits.
Establish call schedules based on cities and states with direct
customers, prioritizing set appointments for optimal time
management. Keep the direct manager informed. Perform duties in a
manner that aligns with the company's Health & Safety Policy.
Participate in provided health & safety training. Wear Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE) where applicable. Avoid engaging in
improper conduct or behavior. Represent iM3 appropriately when
dealing with clients and at events (i.e. expos, wet labs, and other
events). Avoid intentional or reckless misuse of equipment.
Additional Responsibilities that are in reason determined by
management. Assist with on-the-job training and staff development
as required. You are required to use your best endeavors to promote
the best interests of the Company and abide by the rules, policies,
and procedures of the Company. QUALIFICATIONSRequired Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong sales
and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or
exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships
with clients and colleagues. Analytical and problem-solving skills
with a results-oriented mindset. Proficient in using CRM software
and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel at least 50% of
the year including weekends and holidays. Work independently.
Preferred BA or BS Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales. Sales
in the Veterinary industry or related field. Experience in
veterinary dental imaging is preferred. Sales Training or
Certifications may be advantageous. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK
ENVIRONMENT Occasionally required to stand. Occasionally required
to walk. Continually required to sit. Continually required to
utilize hand and finger dexterity. Occasionally required to climb,
balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl. Continually required to talk
or hear. Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment,
read technical information, and/or use a keyboard. Occasionally
