join our rapidly growing team in Hillsboro, Oregon . If you thrive

Offer Competitive Salary : $65,000 - $110,000 per year (paid
semimonthly). Comprehensive Benefits Package : Healthcare coverage.

Role As a Sales Representative, you will: Welcome and engage
customers, guiding them through automotive sales opportunities.
Provide prompt, high-quality responses to customer inquiries.
Identify customer needs and tailor solutions that exceed
expectations. Negotiate and close deals while maintaining customer
satisfaction. Build lasting relationships with clients through
trust and exceptional service. Educate customers on vehicle
features, warranties, and financing options. Stay updated on
industry trends to position Royal Moore Subaru as a trusted leader
in the market. Track and analyze sales data to optimize
performance. What We’re Looking For Education : High school diploma
or equivalent. Experience : Preferred but not required Skills :
Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Exceptional
customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
Demonstrated ability to close sales confidently and effectively.
Knowledge : Understanding of dealership operations and processes.
Additional Requirements : A valid driver’s license with a
