professional. Responsibilities Own the Market: Lead our agencys
expansion into the Spanish-speaking market by networking with local
business owners, real estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
Consultative Sales: Conduct detailed risk assessments for auto,
home, and life insurance. You aren't just selling policies; you are
protecting livelihoods. Lead Generation: Proactively manage a
pipeline of leads. You will be expected to pick up the phone, make
connections, and close deals. Client Education: Demystify insurance
concepts for clients, ensuring they make informed decisions in
their preferred language. Requirements Bilingual Fluency
(Required): Must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish and
English professionally. Sales Mindset: You must be comfortable with
quotas, rejection, and the "hunter" mentality. Previous sales
experience (car sales, real estate, wireless, etc.) is a huge plus.
Licensable: Must be willing and able to obtain an Oregon Property &
Casualty Insurance License. (We cover the costs for the right
candidate). Tech Savvy: Ability to navigate CRM systems and quoting
