Develop and maintain positive relationships with retail accounts to ensure continuous demand and placement of products. Execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize product visibility and volume in designated markets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues to maintain brand reputation. Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to formulate efficient route-to-market strategies. Achieve targeted sales goals and performance metrics. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Knowledge of sales and marketing principles in the beverage industry Ability to analyze market data and sales statistics Experience with CRM software Adaptability to work in a dynamic and competitive environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Any sales certification such as Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) or similar is preferred
