The ideal candidate would be a highly motivated individual with prior automotive sales experience. Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant Responsibilities Greet customers, help diagnose their needs, and explain how their needs translate to a new vehicle. Show and explain exactly what their new car has and how it operates. Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email. Negotiate sales transactions. Attend training and sales meetings. Complete sales transaction paperwork. Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant Compensation and Benefits Commission-based pay plan – there is no limit to how much money you can make!
