Car Sales Representative Responsibilities Greet customers, help diagnose their needs, and explain how their needs translate to a new vehicle Show and explain exactly what their new car has and how it operates Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email Negotiate sales transactions Attend training and sales meetings Complete sales transaction paperwork Car Sales Representative Compensation and Benefits Commission-based pay plan – there is no limit to how much money you can make!
