Job Description:

The Regional Sales Representative is a B2B and B2C sales role that will drive both sales and partner enablement across a territory in the Americas and be responsible for attaining a unit sales target. This role will encompass other duties like attending trade shows, assisting with order origination, partner and customer communications, demonstrations and presentations. ***Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys the hunt, not planting seeds for the future. LIFE OF A REGIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

  • Drive performance of the channel partners in alignment with the unit sales target
  • Collaborate with partners to handle incoming Sales quotes, orders, and resource requests
  • Perform follow-up conversations for Customer Success and Sales opportunities
  • Utilize the sale tools supplied including CRM, the data warehouse and report portal
  • Perform product demonstrations and presentations (online and in-person) TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU'LL NEED
    • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, consulting or similar
    • Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting preferred
    • Ability to meet revenue goals in a dynamic, fast-paced and cross functional team environment
    • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM, Constant Contact, Sales Force, etc.) preferred
    • Efficient in Office 365 suite of products; Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM and PowerPoint
    • A demonstrated track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical thinking and effective problem-solving
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; presenting and educating information to others
    • Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail
    • Exceptional initiative and follow-through skills
    • Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience, a plus
    • Fluency in Spanish or a second language, a plus OUR CORE TALENT TENENTS
