Licensed Master Social Worker Location: Portland, OR Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $1,960 to $2,120 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $49.00 - $53.00/Hourly. Summary: The Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) provides psychosocial assessment, case management, counseling, and resource coordination services to individuals and families. Working under appropriate supervision as required by state regulations, the LMSW collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to address social, emotional, behavioral, and environmental factors impacting client well-being and outcomes. Locals not accepted Responsibilities: Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized service plans. Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and emotional support within scope of licensure. Identify social determinants of health and barriers to care. Provide case management services, including referrals and follow-up. Requirements Requirements: 2 - yaer experience Required, BLS Certification, LMSW (Licensed Masters of Social Worker), Locals not accepted.
