Legacy Health, a distinguished non-profit health system spread across Oregon and Washington, is seeking a dedicated Hospitalist to join our team of exceptional healthcare professionals. Our integrated health system includes six hospitals and numerous outpatient facilities, providing comprehensive healthcare services. In this role, the successful candidate will manage the complete clinical care of hospitalized patients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and work diligently to enhance the overall patient care experience. Deliver comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients. Coordinate patient care with various healthcare teams. Monitor and report changes in patient conditions. Consult with specialists in other fields about cases when appropriate. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Educate patients and their families regarding hospital processes and health management. Strong clinical skills in internal medicine or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
