across Oregon and Washington, as an Electroencephalography
Technologist II. In this vital role, you will be responsible for
recording electrical activity of patient's brain to assist in the
diagnosis of brain disorders. This position offers you the chance
to work within a supportive team environment at one of our
state-of-the-art facilities. As part of our dedicated
neurophysiology department, you will contribute directly to patient
care by providing accurate EEG readings and collaborating closely
with neurologists and other medical staff to deliver outstanding
healthcare services. Perform routine and complex EEG procedures to
aid in the diagnosis of neurological disorders. Prepare patients
for EEG by explaining procedures and applying electrodes to the
appropriate body locations. Analyze and edit digital EEG
recordings, ensuring clear and accurate results. Maintain EEG
equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to safety and
quality protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to
discuss findings and enhance patient outcomes. Document all
procedures and findings in patient records in accordance with
facility standards and privacy laws. Proficient in operating EEG
machines and performing standard and specialized EEG tests. Strong
analytical skills to interpret EEG data and provide accurate
results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
interact effectively with patients and healthcare team. Ability to
maintain detailed and accurate records. Capable of troubleshooting
technical problems with EEG equipment. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Registered Electroencephalographic
Technologist (R.EEG.T) certification required. Basic Life Support
(BLS) certification preferred.
