Washington, as our new Nurse Midwife Certified Specialist. In this
role, you will be a key member of our healthcare team, providing
comprehensive midwifery care from preconception through postpartum.
You will work in an environment that values holistic,

fosters a collaborative atmosphere. Provide full-scope midwifery
care including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and routine
gynecological services. Collaborate with multidisciplinary
healthcare teams to ensure integrated and comprehensive care
approaches. Counsel and educate patients and families about
reproductive health, childbirth options, newborn care, and more.
Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives
related to women's health. Maintain accurate patient documentation
and confidentiality. Ability to provide empathetic, evidence-based
patient care Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in utilizing EMR and health IT systems Adept at working
collaboratively in high-stress environments Medical Insurance

Nurse Midwife (CNM) accreditation Licence to practice in Oregon or
Washington Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
