Key Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. Assist with the preparation, mixing, and processing of products while adhering to company standards and specifications. Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods to ensure consistency and product integrity. Follow all safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in production areas. Load and unload raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper handling and storage. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Accurately document production activities and report any issues. Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and work areas. Promptly report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; no prior experience necessary—training provided. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. Flexibility to work swing shift, including evenings and occasional weekends. Basic understanding of workplace safety practices is a plus. What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage. $17 hourly.
