Job Description:

100% Remote - Project Coordinator - 3 Month contract
Our client is seeking a project coordinator ideally with some project portfolio management experience. The project coordinator will help facilitate overall Project Planning and coordinate/manage the tactical "to-dos", to help coordinate the completion of financial forecasting process, and a few other efforts. The project coordinator will work closely with the Portfolio Leader to manage activities related to the portfolio initiatives; following up with various stakeholders to understand initiative status, maintain overall status and communication plans, facilitate project planning and coordinate next steps and update dashboards and templates as needed.
Experience we seek for the Project Coordinator. -- 5 year of project coordination or similar-- High degree of organization skills-- Outstanding communication-- Understand of terminology in an Agile environment.-- Experience with Project Management and/or Project Portfolio Management tools. Our client uses Airtable, but Jira or MS Project etc experience is helpful-- Experience managing dashboards, spreadsheets and templates.
