Job Description:
Legacy Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate
Advanced Practitioner in Cardiology to join our dedicated team of
healthcare professionals. Our non-profit health system spans across
Oregon and Washington, encompassing six hospitals along with
numerous primary care, specialty, and urgent care facilities. As
part of our cardiology department, you will play a crucial role in
providing top-tier cardiovascular care to our diverse patient
population. This position demands a deep understanding of
cardiology and exceptional patient care skills. Evaluate and manage
patients with heart-related conditions Order and interpret
diagnostic tests, including EKGs, echocardiograms, and blood work
Provide treatment plans and follow-ups on patient progress
Collaborate with cardiology physicians and other healthcare
professionals to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients and
their families about heart health and disease prevention
Participate in research and clinical trials as applicable Strong
diagnostic and decision-making skills Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills Proficient in EKG and echocardiogram analysis
Ability to manage complex patient cases Knowledge of the latest
cardiology practices and treatments Medical Insurance Dental

licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Board
Certified in Cardiovascular Disease ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular
Life Support) certification
